Friday, October 11
- 5:00 PM – Arrival & Registration: Kick off the weekend in style with a warm welcome and time to meet other attendees. Please register via the QR code in the flyer!
- 6:00 PM – Vespers: Unite in peaceful prayer as we open the weekend with a special evening service.
- 7:00 PM – Dinner: Sit down with friends—old and new—for a delicious meal that sets the tone for an amazing weekend ahead.
Saturday, October 12
- 8:00 AM – Continental Breakfast: Fuel up for a day of excitement and conversation over breakfast with the community.
- 9:00 AM – Morning Prayers: Start your day centered with reflective morning prayers, designed to prepare you for the day’s activities.
- 10:00 AM – Diocesan Organization Meetings: Connect with others in meaningful conversations as we discuss the Diocesan community’s goals and plans.
- 12:00 PM – Lunch: Refuel and recharge with great food before diving into the afternoon’s events.
- 1:30 PM – Music Workshop: Calling all music lovers! Whether you’re a musician or just appreciate music, this hands-on workshop will give you a fresh perspective on how sacred music can elevate your worship experience.
- 6:00 PM – Great Vespers: Prepare your heart for the Lord’s Day with our evening prayers.
- 7:00 PM – Dinner: End the day with another opportunity to relax, share stories, and laugh together over a hearty meal.
Sunday, October 13
- 8:45 AM – Orthros: Early risers, join us for a beautiful morning service of hymns and prayers.
- 10:00 AM – Divine Liturgy: Wrap up this inspiring weekend by celebrating the Holy Eucharist together, and leave feeling spiritually recharged.
